FREE Fedex Shipping!

We provide fast and FREE shipping on all order destinations within the continental United States, regardless of order amount. Your order will be inspected, securely packaged, and shipped by FedEx. Orders can be shipped to your home or an alternate address.

For your protection, at 25karats.com, we always:

Insures and registers all items for their full value.
Uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
Requires an adult to sign for the package.

International Shipping

25karats.com offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the United States for a flat fee of $45 plus 3% of the total order amount. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes and surcharges levied/charged by their country. Please check with the local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm tax and duty regulations and charges.
Notice that we reserve the right to refuse any international order solely based on our discretion.

Shipping to APO & FPO Addresses

Due to APO & FPO orders being processed through the military postal service shipping may take a bit more time to arrive. All 25karats.com shipments are sent through the USPS system to an APO/FPO are drop shipped to a military postal service known as an APO or FPO within 3-5 business days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot specify a delivery date. Shipments to any APO/FPO also cannot be tracked online because of security reasons. APO/FPO customers can however check with their service to find out the exact status of shipment.

Alternate Shipping Addresses

25karats.com allows you to place orders and ship it to a destination that is different from your billing address. However, we require that you have that shipping address on file with the credit card company.
Alternatively, we can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.

Manufacturing and Order Processing

The total delivery time is the time we get your order manufactured plus the shipping time.
Each piece of jewelry we sell is unique as they are hand-crafted to your specs. Please allow us 5-7 business days to get your order ready for shipment. All orders placed before 3pm EST are processed the same business day, otherwise they are processed the following business day.
Special requests, such as engravings and independant appraisal certificates, may require an additional processing day or two.
Note that all of the jewelery we sell are proudly manufactured in USA.
