Because of my nickel allergy, I always had a hard time finding a nice ring for myself. Stores always told me that platinum is the only option if I want something fancy, because even 18k gold gives me allergies and they can't do the styles I want in palladium. 25karats.com is the only company that offers such a great selection of palladium products and manufacture them in such a short amount of time! I still could not believe that they could make all those designs in palladium until I talked to a customer service agent and was assured that I can get my ring in a week or so. I ordered my first palladium ring and it's a gorgeous piece! Will definitely order more, because I have my eyes on so many designs ;) Thank you for making my dreams come true!

Ordered a platinum handmade wedding ring and got it in one and a half weeks. It's surprising how fast they can deliver a job like that. My local jewelry store told me they need at least 3 weeks and the quality of the ring they had wasn't even a match to what I got from 25karats.com. Great experience overall. Will definitely recommend to my peeps.

Super-fast service! I placed a rush order Wednesday morning for a 18k gold solitaire ring and called them to check how fast I can get it. Because of my last-minute proposal plan on Sunday I was in a pickle and didn't know what to do. 25karats finished the ring, set the stone, and send it to me express so I could get it before Sunday! 25karats.com saved the day!! A BIG thank you to you guys! :)

I can't thank 25karats.com enough for their outstanding customer service and top quality products! We ordered our diamond wedding bands two weeks ago with some special requests.
