Lifetime Warranty

All 25karats.com jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty protecting against defective merchandise resulting from its manufacture.

If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, we recommend you contact us, so we may evaluate your piece. If there is a defect from production, we agree to either repair any such defects or replace the item(s), at no cost to the purchaser.

Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection

We offer free re-polishing, prong tightening, rhodium plating and cleaning for the life of your fine jewelry. Every piece purchased from 25karats.com must be inspected and signed for every 6 months by 25karats.com.

Warranty Conditions

If it is determined that your jewelry needs maintenance or repair due to wear and tear or damage, you must follow the recommendation for the necessary repairs or your warranty will become void. You may choose to get the inspection done by a local jeweler at your expense instead of shipping the ring back. In that case, please send a copy of inspection receipt to 25karats.com to keep the lifetime warranty active.

Any damage or abuse to the original quality of the jewelry will void the warranty. If center stone is not purchased from 25karats.com and any setting work is done on the ring by a third party jeweler, and if there is any modification, alteration or damage to the jewelry as well as diamonds and gemstones, all warranties through 25karats.com become void. 25karats.com do not reimburse any alterations performed by a third party.

Our manufacturing warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear, loss of precious stones and theft. Repair or service performed by a jeweler other than 25karats will void this warranty.

If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at a cost or otherwise.

Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include:

  • Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require “building up” or restoration work as normal wear.
  • Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, swimming pools, make-up, hot tubs or bathing.
  • Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
  • Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
