I just received the eternity wedding band that I ordered last week. I am very happy with the ring and my experience with 25karats.com. The entire process was very smooth. I had special sizing and specific requests for the diamond grading. 25Karats.com was great...they worked with me on all of my requests and patiently answered my many questions and concerns. In the last two months, I have returned 3 wedding bands that I ordered from other websites because I was not pleased with some aspect of the quality or workmanship. I was apprehensive to order a ring online again. I am so glad I did. Now I have a beautiful ring at a great price.

We visited 25karats.com showroom in Manhattan two weeks ago. We wanted to see the rings before ordering and they kindly showed us different wedding band styles we were interested in. After deciding on the final his and hers style and choosing palladium as metal (after so many questions to the guys who answered all of them patiently), we placed our order. It took only a week to get the rings at our CT address, and everything from design to size was perfect! We highly recommend 25karats to everybody who is looking for high-end quality jewelry for much more reasonable prices than any retailer. And if you are in NYC you should visit their office, they are such friendly, warm people.

Our wedding bands arrived today. Celtic design on the rings is perfect with all details done beautifully. We are also very happy with two tone look. Thank you for showing all color options on the webpage, that really helped with our decision. Jason is planning to get a men's ring later this year, so we sure will be back soon with more questions.
