Just minutes after placing my order they called and confirmed details of the order (and help me choose the right finish for the ring). Only four days later I got an update email saying my order was shipped out. And it arrived just on the estimated day at Fedex tracking. Efficient and fast from ordering to delivery! We visited 25 Karats office in Manhattan two weeks ago. The staff was very polite and friendly. They showed us couple of wedding bands we wanted to see and we decided on one to get as a set. Our sizes were measured and we were shown finish options. After we finalized everything they gave us an estimated delivery date for our rings. In a week, exactly as they promised, the rings were delivered to our door by Fedex! We are happy with our choice and we recommend 25 Karats to everybody.
