I wasn't sure if the engagement ring in my mind could be created before talking to somebody at 25karats customer service. I had some ideas but nothing solid to show, but their bridal jewelry specialist put everything I tried to explain in right words and by the end of the day we had a sketch!! I have never seen such an efficient service for such a complicated process. I waited around two and a half weeks to see the final ring, which was exactly the ring I had in mind from the beginning! We ordered our bands last week. We received a confirmation email, and 25karats customer service called us right away to confirm our order and check that all details are correct. Production took exactly 4 days, as we were told. As soon as the rings were shipped out we received another email with our tracking number. Package was delivered as scheduled. Everything with this order went really smooth and hassle-free. We are satisfied with our bands and we are planning to come back to 25karats for our future gift shopping.
