Tom proposed just before Christmas and presented me with the ring I designed on your site, a 1 carat emerald with a baguette on each side, on Christmas Eve. It was the first time I saw it and was stunned at how beautiful it was, how much it sparkled and how it fit perfectly. I told him that I should probably wear gloves while driving because I find myself glancing at it each time the light hits it. I loved him before he proposed and I love him for giving me such a beautiful token of his love. Thank you for being such a special part of our lives. I was totally lost when I tried to choose an engagement ring for the love of my life. I wanted something brilliant and dreamy, but nothing extravagant. Being an ignorant guy like me, it was impossible to decide how to choose the right diamond and what kind of ring to go with. I decided to get some expert advice and chatted with Nevy online. He answered all my questions and more: he gave me great advice on what to look for in a diamond when you try to keep everything under a certain amount. And he was most helpful with finding the best setting for my diamond choice. He even helped me change the head of the ring with a more round looking type. What we put together came out incredible! I'm so glad to trust him building this engagement ring. When I called him later, he asked me how it all went. I answered, Nevy, what do you think? She fell in love with it at first sight. Oh yes, I think it helped that I kneeled down before her when popping the question too :) Thank you very very much for all your help, and incredible experience. We called 25karats first in June to ask a few questions about their bands. We were still considering our options regarding metal and width of the rings we want to go with. They were really helpful and gave us some direction. Since the wedding was scheduled for February, we took our time and did our research. Every time we were not sure about something, we called 25karats and they answered our questions patiently. After months of thinking and browsing through designs, we settled on a handmade ring set with wide center braids. We called 25karats again to see the ring and they invited us to their office in Manhattan. We already knew that we wanted this ring set but seeing it in person assured us that it was the right decision. We placed our order there and it took only 5 days to get a call! After we picked up our rings we showed them to our friends and family. Everybody loved the rings as much as we did! It took lots of time and effort, but we found our dream bands and 25karats.com was most helpful during this whole process. We highly recommend them!
