The most pleasant online purchase I have ever experience- from start to finish. After having placed an order with another jeweler for my fiancés wedding band and being told it was going to take 3 weeks longer and possible shipping delays because of upcoming holidays...I was in a panic, the ring would not be ready in time for our wedding. I searched frantically, local jewelers shipping ETA's were horrible as well as their inflated prices.
I looked at the 25 karats website and was impressed. Called first to make sure I could get ring made in time. I spoke with GK and he was the most helpful, knowledgeable and patient person ever :) I ended up placing the order over the phone with him on a Wednesday morning, the ring arrived the following Thursday, just as he said. It was perfect! The photo on the website does not do it justice. The engraving was spot on and the ring fits beautifully. All this along with the comfort of knowing it could be resized and re-engraved it didn't was icing on the cake. I felt so comfortable leaving this important purchase in the hands of the folks at 25 Karats. Such a professional operation and GK was amazing. I will be purchasing from you folks again! I didn't know that engraving service was free, and found out about it after receiving our rings and calling customer service to thank them. They were kind enough to offer the free engraving even after we got the rings! We will consider that option after our ceremony this weekend. It is very pleasant to know that 25 Karats' service extends beyond the delivery of the product.

We bought our rings from 25karats two years ago. They were starting to look a bit dull and although you don't notice the difference when you wear them everyday, you could tell they are not as shiny as the time we got them. I called 25karats and they gave me a reference number to send the rings back for cleaning. It was really easy and hassle free. I got the rings back in a week, and they look brand new now!
