We started talking with 25karats staff over a month ago. They have been very helpful and answered all our questions patiently. My fiancee had already picked her favorite engagement ring for upgrade, but we wanted to see the wedding bands before making our final decision. We decided not to postpone our NY visit plans anymore and also visit 25karats store while we are there. All jewelry experts were very friendly, we really felt comfortable and at home. We saw many rings and decided on one set we particularly liked. They finished the rings in couple of days, before we could even finish seeing the city! Her new engagement ring is especially gorgeous. I had a design in mind that I couldn't find anywhere. Not even anything closer. While checking my options getting it custom made, I found 25karats. Their custom jobs had some impressive reviews so I decided to contact them and ask questions. Product design department helped me a lot with details of production process. I got a price quote quickly. In a few days they had the first cad design. It was spot-on! I gave ok to the order right away. And all production took just about 2 more weeks, which is insane when you consider most stores ask for 5-8 weeks for anything like that. I got my dream ring for half the money I was expecting to spend. I can vouch for these guys; they know jewelry business. Highly recommended.

We had a most wonderful experience with 25 Karats. We placed our order around two weeks ago. A bit scary to part with such a high sum for an online order, but we read so many good things about 25 Karats everywhere. As soon as we placed the order, someone from 25 Karats called us to confirm all details, from size to color of the rings! It was really reassuring. They told us it will take about 5 days to make the ring. and that's exactly how long it took before we got a tracking number in our email. Every step of the process was efficient and smooth. And we are impressed with the jewelry quality. Of course we were expecting very nice rings for the money we spent, but they are beyond our expectations! Truly gorgeous. We will be back and will definitely recommend 25 Karats to all our friends!

I was a bit apprehensive, thinking about ordering a wedding band online, but I found a ring that I really liked, for my husband, for our 20th anniversary. I spoke, the first time, to Atilla and he was very helpful and considerate and made suggestions that helped me make a decision to buy. I decided to wait and think about the cost and if I wanted this particular ring. I made the decision and called the 2nd time and spoke with Nevy. He, too, was very helpful and assured me that the ring would be of highest quality. I have taken the word of two, apparent gentlemen who knew what they were talking about - and ordered. I have just received word my ring is on it's way and I awaite its arrival for final confirmation of it's quality.

I had a wonderful experience at 25 Karats, due primarily to Atilla and Nevy, both who worked with me, answered all my questions and assured me the ring I have ordered for my husband, for our 20th wedding anniversary will fit, and will let him know he's loved. I have not, yet, received the ring so the next test will be what I find when I open the box - and the final test will be when I present it to him on 3-29. Thank both gentlemen for their help and understanding.

I have nothing but positive things to say about 25karats. What a lovely ring! As soon as I opened the package it made me smile like a kid :D And such an easy transaction for a big purchase like that. 25karats called me to confirm my order details right away. They patiently answered my questions and gave me an EDOA, which was quite accurate. And when the package shipped out, I got an email with tracking. When I saw my wedding band online at 25karats.com first time my mind was really blown away. I wanted to get it but I wasn't sure about ordering something big like that online. I called the guys and asked some questions. I also sent emails about sizing, engraving etc. Ever time I got a reply lightning quick. Finally I took the leap and placed my order. My band arrived in about a week. My fiance, who is the biggest skeptical (and was ready to laugh at me) loved the ring and ordered hers right after. We are extremely happy with our set now.
