I have to say I'm amazed by the fast service and delivery by 25karats. I ordered my hand made ring on Wednesday last week, and although Monday was a holiday, it got delivered yesterday. And I could track the progress from ordering to shipping online with my account. Even the tracking number was sent to me right on the day of shipping. This is a very efficient service you can't get even from a local jewelry store. And they usually ask for 2-3 weeks to make same kind of ring. Online is the way to go now, and I'll always make my jewelry purchases at 25karats.com!
