Some pieces can't be found in a showcase. A ring you sketched on a napkin, a pendant built around a family stone, a band that matches one made decades ago. Our in-house designers and goldsmiths make those pieces every week.

All we need to get started is your idea, along with any drawings or photos you'd like the design based on.

How custom design works

   Request a quote

   Tell us what you have in mind using the form on this page, and attach any sketches or photos. We'll reply with a free, no-obligation quote within one business day.

2. 2

   Concept and sketch

   Our master model maker draws your piece by hand, and our designers advise on what will and won't work in metal and stone. You refine the sketch with us until it's exactly right.

3. 3

   CAD renderings and wax model

   Once you approve the sketch, we build your design in CAD and email you renderings from every angle. We then grow a full-size wax model showing the exact detail and dimensions of your piece, and we're happy to mail it to you so you can hold the design in your hand before casting.

4. 4

   Casting and finishing

   With your final approval, we cast the piece in the precious metal and size you chose, and our craftsmen hand-finish every detail in our workshop.

A $250 deposit starts your design. Most custom pieces are finished in 12–14 business days.
