I wasn't sure if the engagement ring in my mind could be created before talking to somebody at 25karats customer service. I had some ideas but nothing solid to show, but their bridal jewelry specialist put everything I tried to explain in right words and by the end of the day we had a sketch!! I have never seen such an efficient service for such a complicated process. I waited around two and a half weeks to see the final ring, which was exactly the ring I had in mind from the beginning! We ordered our bands last week. We received a confirmation email, and 25karats customer service called us right away to confirm our order and check that all details are correct. Production took exactly 4 days, as we were told. As soon as the rings were shipped out we received another email with our tracking number. Package was delivered as scheduled. Everything with this order went really smooth and hassle-free. We are satisfied with our bands and we are planning to come back to 25karats for our future gift shopping. We started searching for our bands months ago. We checked many alternatives, different widths and styles. We wanted something classic but also not too plain. Handmade rings with braids looked the most ideal as a set. We wanted a matching set but at the same time we didn't want same exact ring for both of us. It was really hard to find one narrow and one wide band that would make a nice set. Finally we stumbled upon a his and hers set at 25karats website. It was Braided Handcrafted Wedding Band Set, which looked gorgeous yet unassuming. And widths were ideal with one braid for lady's ring and two braids for man's. We ordered our bands two weeks ago over the phone. As the customer service agent informed us, rings arrived to our door step 7 business days later. One thing to say about the set is that they are even more gorgeous in person and look amazing as a set on our fingers! We will recommend 25karats to all our friends and acquaintances, and definitely will bring along more customers!
