5 minutes after I placed my order with 25karats.com, I received a personal phone call to confirm the order, confirm my ring size and to discuss the center stone that would be set in it. I was told when the ring order would be processed and the date I could expect shipment. Everything I was told was true. I don't normally make such big purchases on-line and was initially hesitant to do so. However, after checking them out via the Better Business Bureau and in reading other testimonials I went for it...and I am so glad I did.

Our wedding was on 4th of July. While the preparations were going on, we could not find much time to choose a wedding band set. When the clock starts ticking we decided we should check online options for a quick turnaround time. With all the time pressure, we really wanted to get the rings at hands in a timely manner. 25Karats team helped us place our order and rushed our rings to us. Even though we placed our order just before 4th of July week, we received them on Monday July 1st, three days before the wedding! Today I received my exquisitely crafted wedding band set. I am delighted with the rings and the customers service. I placed my order late on a Friday evening and surprisingly received a call the next morning (a Saturday) from one of the 25 Karat craftsmen, verifying the details of my order. 11 days later, the custom crafted rings arrived in beautiful presentation packaging. While awaiting the rings, I emailed 25 Karats with a question about the expected completion date, and received a reply within 8 hours. Their completion date was right on.

With the exceptional quality of the rings and craftsmanship, the rings were fairly priced. I am always skeptical of internet testimonials and hype, but the guys at 25 Karat are the real deal. Excellent quality and customer service at a fair price. I am a believer now and will not hesitate to buy from them in the future.

We visited 25karats.com showroom in Manhattan two weeks ago. We wanted to see the rings before ordering and they kindly showed us different wedding band styles we were interested in. After deciding on the final his and hers style and choosing palladium as metal (after so many questions to the guys who answered all of them patiently), we placed our order. It took only a week to get the rings at our CT address, and everything from design to size was perfect! We highly recommend 25karats to everybody who is looking for high-end quality jewelry for much more reasonable prices than any retailer. And if you are in NYC you should visit their office, they are such friendly, warm people.
