I had wanted to get a nice matching band for my engagement ring for many years. Whatever ring I tried locally did not match the right way and was a disappointment. I called 25karats.com and asked for their opinion. They gave me some options that could match the ring, but told me that if I want a perfect match, they need to make a special ring to flush fit it. I sent them my ring and in two weeks they created a stunning, perfect fitting matching band for it! I needed a specific design engagement ring but it was impossible to find anywhere. I called 25karats.com and they asked me all the specifics of the ring I want. We created a sketch after some correspondence and I decided to give a go to 3-D picture process. Even at 3-D design the ring looked fabulous! We changed couple of things here and there and it was ready! I got my ring 2-3 weeks later, and it is the best possible expression of the idea I had in mind at the beginning. The way the shank splits and connects at the head looks amazing. I'd like to thank Nevy for his patience and support during this process. I couldn't be happier with the results.

I scoured the internet and forums searching for a custom ring designer before deciding on 25karats. I was very apprehensive about buying such an expensive piece "site unseen." I provided Nevy with pictures of what I wanted and he offered very useful feedback. Nevy and I emailed back and forth well over 100 times!! He provided me with the CAD pictures and the wax mold for a minimal cost before paying the full amount for the actual ring. The customer service Nevy provided was above and beyond any company I have ever worked with. I received my custom 2.75 carat halo wedding ring yesterday and it is STUNNING! I craftsmanship is amazing and it sparkles like no ring I have ever seen! Nevy and 25 karats will be the only jewelry store that I work with and buy from in the future. We needed a wedding band set quickly, but we also wanted to go with palladium instead of traditional metals. All the local jewelry stores we visited told us it would take around 2 weeks or more to get palladium rings.
