I scoured the internet and forums searching for a custom ring designer before deciding on 25karats. I was very apprehensive about buying such an expensive piece "site unseen." I provided Nevy with pictures of what I wanted and he offered very useful feedback. Nevy and I emailed back and forth well over 100 times!! He provided me with the CAD pictures and the wax mold for a minimal cost before paying the full amount for the actual ring. The customer service Nevy provided was above and beyond any company I have ever worked with. I received my custom 2.75 carat halo wedding ring yesterday and it is STUNNING! I craftsmanship is amazing and it sparkles like no ring I have ever seen! Nevy and 25 karats will be the only jewelry store that I work with and buy from in the future. We needed a wedding band set quickly, but we also wanted to go with palladium instead of traditional metals.
