We are extremely happy with our wedding ring set! We visited 25Karats showroom to see the models first and decided on our braided rings. Final rings came as beautifully as the model we saw. And it took less than a week to have them in our hands. We even got free engraving to customize our rings! Warm and professional service was another important factor for us. We felt like we are talking to friends who are trying to help us with our purchase instead of some salesman who tries to push his merchandise. Especially, they were extremely patient with our questions about what metal to go with and whether to get them in all white or two tone (we decided on two tone, and they look great!). We'll send our friends to 25 Karats without any reservations.

We ordered our rings from 25karats last week. They came with a beautiful packaging and neat appraisals. Diamonds were gorgeous and as shiny as I expected. We are very happy with handcraft as well. They weren't for Christmas, but 25karats still rushed my order so I can get it as early as possible. I'm impressed by their customer service.

The people at 25karats were incredibly helpful in helping me track down a ring I had seen even though it wasnt listed on their website. We did all the arranging via email and they were always quick to email back (usually within minutes) during business hours. They were very flexible and willing to help make everything perfect. Our hand made his & her set came out just as we expected. It was actually even better than the photo on the site. We also loved the little red ring boxes and the whole presentation. I really wanted to go to their showroom and see the rings in person, but it didn't work out because I live all the way in Cali. But I'm really glad I went ahead with the purchase. True story!
My wedding was 2 weeks ahead and I was still not decided about what type of a ring set I should get. My (then-fiance) husband didn't want to give me too much advice about this kind of stuff, knowing how stub-born I am and that I'd choose whatever I like at the end. I was starting feeling desperate though, and it was getting kinda scary too. For sure I didn't want to have an empty finger during my ceremony! Some friends wanted to get me blank bands just for the ceremony, but I dismissed the idea. During the ceremony, I had to have the band I will carry for a life time, nothing else. While checking my options my bride's maid's friend recommended 25 Karats website. Being very skeptical about online shopping, I didn't like the idea of getting wedding jewelry from a website! But Cheryl (the friend) convinced me about how fast they are and how wide their collection is. So I said, sure, I'll just check it. The collection was massive! And there it was, the one band I dreamed of! I guess all the ordering thing (choosing the ring, placing the order, and getting it) took around 1.5 weeks. The ring set was here days before the ceremony. And a lovely set too! Believe me, everybody was impressed during the ceremony ;) I will recommend 25 Karats to all my friends and family! I want to thank Cheryl and 25 Karats again for saving my wedding! :)
