Our interaction with 25karats.com has been amazing from the earliest days we were still shopping, all the way through to today, when my beautiful ring was delivered. I am very particular, and knew in my mind what I was looking for, but all the other places I shopped didn't quite measure up to what I had in mind, and in the metal I wanted. 25karats has an incredible selection of rings in all the popular metals, and when I found the setting I had been looking for, in Palladium no less, I was delighted! I used "Live Chat" on 2 different occasions (same operator both times) and he answered all my questions, and helped clarify some of the diamond choices I was interested in. (I also was surprised that the GIA certificates for the individual diamonds are available to view online while you're trying to choose a stone, which assured us that we were getting a good value in our choice.) He also sent me a set of ring sizers, to ensure I was ordering the correct size. After the order was placed, 25karats contacted my fiance to confirm the order, and he was kept informed along the way as to when the stone was being set, when it was being shipped, and when it should arrive, just in time for Valentine's Day! Their service was perfect - the ring is outstanding, exactly as represented on their website. The diamond is gorgeous. I am beyond thrilled with these folks, and would definitely recommend them highly.

I ordered a solitaire engagement ring with a half carat center stone from 25Karats. It came with a GIA certificate and an appraisal. Round stone is bright and shiny, with lots of fire. Setting doesn't show much metal, just as I wanted it. I'm very happy with my purchase and 25Karats is in my trusted jewelers list now.

I ordered a Celtic design handmade wedding ring from 25karats.com. Selection was wide and available designs were beautiful. The ring I ordered arrived in 7 days total. Choosing the right wedding rings was the biggest challenge for us. It took us around 6 months to decide on a particular design and another month to educate ourselves about metals. Palladium wasn't in our minds at the beginning, but we started leaning on that choice in time. 25karats.com customer service gave us very useful information regarding this metal and helped us finalize our decision. I think we made the right choice. With no intention to spend crazy amounts of money on platinum, palladium is the way to go. Our rings are very pretty and workmanship is top-notch. We are very happy with our purchase.

I had a 2 ct princess cut solitaire I received as an engagement ring from my husband a few years back. After being married for several years I decided that since I do not wear a wedding band I wanted to get a different setting for the stone. I was in love with the halo style rings and had been searching for several months for a setting that I liked that would accomodate my stone and within a reasonable budget. I was unable to find anything I liked or that would even work at all with my stone size. I was looking for a very specific style and wasn't willing to settle for something that wasn't exactly what I wanted.

Then I discovered 25karats. I spoke to their customer service and provided pictures of a couple different rings and told them what I liked and disliked about each. They were beyond patient with me with the numerous questions I had asked. Their designer put together a CAD and had sent it to me. I was very nervous upon receiving it and wasn't sure how the process would go since everything was done online and through e-mail and phone calls. My local jewelry stores I went to, to try to get my ring designed were trying to charge me triple the price 25karats was charging me. When I opened the e-mail with the CAD drawing enclosed I was shocked at how precise and exact they had met every single one of my desires. It couldn't have been more exact to what I was looking for. I was even more thrilled when I received my setting in the mail just a few short weeks later. I have never been more happy with a piece of jewelry and receive numerous complements on it all the time.
