25karats is the most easy-to-use online jewelry site! I could easily find the wedding band I was looking for, could open a chat with a customer rep for extra questions, and followed my order at the website until it got delivered. Not only it has a very easy user interface, but their deals are unmatched on the net as well. I didn't see any other jewelry store allowing customer's to return an engraved ring. Not only that, but also their item pages are so informative you can find almost any detail about rings. No duplicated descriptions either. All wedding bands I checked had a detailed description explaining the details and finish etc. Great website overall and great selection too! Very positive experience :)

Because of my nickel allergy, I always had a hard time finding a nice ring for myself. Stores always told me that platinum is the only option if I want something fancy, because even 18k gold gives me allergies and they can't do the styles I want in palladium. 25karats.com is the only company that offers such a great selection of palladium products and manufacture them in such a short amount of time! I still could not believe that they could make all those designs in palladium until I talked to a customer service agent and was assured that I can get my ring in a week or so. I ordered my first palladium ring and it's a gorgeous piece! Will definitely order more, because I have my eyes on so many designs ;) Thank you for making my dreams come true!

I ordered a men's diamond ring from 25karats.com. It is a platinum ring with one big center stone, and many smaller side stones. It is a replacement for my lost class ring, which had sentimental value for me. I'm very content with my new ring, from design to polish, it is a beautiful piece. I have to say I'm amazed by the fast service and delivery by 25karats. I ordered my hand made ring on Wednesday last week, and although Monday was a holiday, it got delivered yesterday. And I could track the progress from ordering to shipping online with my account. Even the tracking number was sent to me right on the day of shipping. This is a very efficient service you can't get even from a local jewelry store. And they usually ask for 2-3 weeks to make same kind of ring. Online is the way to go now, and I'll always make my jewelry purchases at 25karats.com!
