Wow! That was lightning fast! I order my wedding band on Sunday. Got the confirmation right away. And on wednesday, it's shipped out to me! The fancy designer band we bought from 25karats.com was beautiful in every sense, but we made a mistake and ordered the wrong ring size :( When I called customer service I was expecting lots of hussel and trouble, but what I got instead was a smooth customer service experience and easiest resizing procedure. They even took time to relieve me from my concerns about all this resizing by explaining me how it is done. The result is great! It fits perfectly now and it's impossible to tell whether they sent me a new ring or my resized one :) And it didn't cost me a dime! I only paid to ship it back and forth, and that's it. One should not by gold jewelry without knowing how many grams they are getting. 25karats.com delivered the gram weight and the thickness mentioned on their product page. I have been fooled once by an other website that delivered us almost razor thin wedding bands. We will definitely recommend 25karats to our circle of friends and family.

Back in September, I bought a wedding band from a store. I didn't have enough money to get the engagement ring then. I have had nothing but THE BEST customer service experience with your company. My first inquiry, via email, was answered within 20 minutes and it was after 8pm on a Friday night. Every subsequent email I sent has also been answered quickly. I wanted something that I didn't see on your website (it was a ring similar to one you had but with larger side diamonds) and Matt said you had that for me and immediately put it up on your website so I could order it. He told me my order would be shipped out on Thursday or Friday and it was sent on Thursday. The ring I received was so beautiful, better than the pictures. And now you have offered to repair it for free if anything goes wrong as well as retroactively give me the spring sale discount. I don't think I have ever had a better customer service experience. Anybody who tried to find their dream ring in palladium should understand what I'm writing here very well. It's such a hassel and takes forever to find the right style, and when you do they always tell you that it can't be done in palladium! I visited so many jewelry stores. The answer was always "no".
