When I was ready I called them to place my order over the phone. Got an email confirmation for the order. And even for the shipping, with a tracking number! I felt so easy during the whole process, as if I'm buying something from a local store. Only difference was local stores charge you double or tripple and make you wait for weeks if they don't have something ready there. Knowing that your ring is made just for you from scratch is a priceless feeling. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I found out there are so many things to know before making a jewelry purchase. You have to consider different styles, metals, stones, finishes etc. And it's not fun when your wedding is only two weeks ahead! Thank God I stumbled upon this great site called 25karats! Although the site was very user friendly I always feel better when I talk to a real person. Customer service agent was very patient on the phone and he answered all my questions. Not only that, he also gave me a small lecture in precious metals and fine jewelry! :) With their help, it took me two days to decide on a complete bridal set, and it got delivered in a week!! I was searching for a palladium wedding ring for years. I got quotes from many stores but the prices they gave me were so high it was imposible to buy with my budget. Lovely tri-tone ring!! I never liked regular band designs. Finally I bought this braided tri-tone wedding ring from 25karats.com and it is beyond all my expectations! The handcraft and quality is superb! All three gold colors create an amazing sight on the finger. And it's quite sturdy too. It's appealing to even such a picky person like me ;) They comforted me with their 30-day return deal but who in his right mind would return a ring like that? :D Recommended to everybody!

Wedding preparation is the biggest trouble! At least, that's what I found out when I tried to get things together and make everything perfect for my special day. With all the running around and decision making , I couldn't find time to choose a nice wedding band set for me and my husband. I noticed how little time I have left only the last week! 25karats saved us big time. When I talked to them, they assured a delivery before wedding day, even with free engravings inside the bands! We were so anxious as we still didn't have the rings two days before the ceremony, but the package arrived just as promised! And rings came in gorgeous wooden ring boxes and a pretty certificate.
