Back in September, I bought a wedding band from a store. I didn't have enough money to get the engagement ring then. I have had nothing but THE BEST customer service experience with your company. My first inquiry, via email, was answered within 20 minutes and it was after 8pm on a Friday night. Every subsequent email I sent has also been answered quickly. I wanted something that I didn't see on your website (it was a ring similar to one you had but with larger side diamonds) and Matt said you had that for me and immediately put it up on your website so I could order it. He told me my order would be shipped out on Thursday or Friday and it was sent on Thursday. The ring I received was so beautiful, better than the pictures. And now you have offered to repair it for free if anything goes wrong as well as retroactively give me the spring sale discount. I don't think I have ever had a better customer service experience. I am going to tell all of my friends about your company.

Anybody who tried to find their dream ring in palladium should understand what I'm writing here very well.
