I wasn't sure if the engagement ring in my mind could be created before talking to somebody at 25karats customer service. I had some ideas but nothing solid to show, but their bridal jewelry specialist put everything I tried to explain in right words and by the end of the day we had a sketch!! I have never seen such an efficient service for such a complicated process. I waited around two and a half weeks to see the final ring, which was exactly the ring I had in mind from the beginning! I'm happy about my ring beyond words. I highly recommend 25karats.com for your special jewelry needs!
