I've been looking for a specific ring for 2 years, not only am I picky but I have a very severe metal allergy. When I even mentioned what I wanted to anyone they pretty much would laugh at me or some would offer to custom make it for an outrageous price. The awful P words scared them all off; Princess cut & Palladium. When I talked to customer service at 25karats.com they actually worked with me and came up with a way to get me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. GK a sales manager made me feel like he cared and wanted to help me get my ring even when I know I asked him so many different questions I had probably driven him nuts.
