We talked to Atilla first to ask some questions about the website and styles. He answered our questions professionally. After checking the return policy and life time warranty we decided to place our order with 25karats.com. A customer service agent called us right away to confirm order details and make sure everything was entered correctly. He informed us that our order will be ready in 5 days or so and we will receive a tracking number when our rings ship out. The time frame was spot on, and we received the package just two days after getting the tracking info. We are very pleased with our rings and will recommend the great service we received at 25karats.

Package arrived yesterday. Oh my word, what a lovely ring! I got the Classic Halo Engagement Ring With Sapphire And Diamond Accent Stones in 18K gold.
