The most pleasant online purchase I have ever experience- from start to finish. After having placed an order with another jeweler for my fiancés wedding band and being told it was going to take 3 weeks longer and possible shipping delays because of upcoming holidays...I was in a panic, the ring would not be ready in time for our wedding. I didn't know that engraving service was free, and found out about it after receiving our rings and calling customer service to thank them. They were kind enough to offer the free engraving even after we got the rings! We will consider that option after our ceremony this weekend.
