Best online purchase experience ever! I'd like to thank all 25karats.com staff for their extensive assistance with my custom design ring order. My boyfriend (now fiancee) and I had some ideas about the ring we wanted but it was impossible to find the exact design in the market. Especially with limited selections of local stores I was almost desperate. Even online stores with so many choices didn't have the design, and even more importantly, in palladium. When we contacted 25karats.com to talk about what we want, the expert designer started describing what can be done in detail. We were amazed by how efficiently we could explain even smallest details and how we got answers about what can be done and what not. Long story short, with CAD approval and all, it took around two weeks to finish the ring (which was by the way almost the same time period any local store gave us for just resizing a stock item). And it's absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't be happier and we are both grateful for all the steps taken by 25karats.com to make this happen. We are loyal customers forever!

We started searching for our wedding bands couple of months ago. While browsing through web pages and visiting local stores, we found out it's a much more difficult process than imagined to find a perfect set that will satisfy both of us. It was especially difficult because we were looking for palladium rings. Most stores we visited didn't even have palladium bands unless you want something plain and simple. My husband got me these lovely dangle earrings for Valentine's day from your website. They are so pretty! Quality of the diamonds are great and they shine beautifully. This was a surprise gift and I was really not expecting something expensive. He didn't want to tell me where he got the earrings from but I finally got that out of him, and decided to write a review on your site. Bridal ring set is beautiful and what we really wanted. We are happy to find a beautiful replacement for her original ring. This set definitely goes much better with her diamond and side diamonds sparkle and complement it. We are also glad that we decided to change the metal to palladium. VERY IMPRESSED! I've been shopping arround for the perfect (unique) wedding band for my fiance. I was very happy with the wide selection of men's rings.
