We called 25karats first in June to ask a few questions about their bands. We were still considering our options regarding metal and width of the rings we want to go with. They were really helpful and gave us some direction. Since the wedding was scheduled for February, we took our time and did our research. Every time we were not sure about something, we called 25karats and they answered our questions patiently. After months of thinking and browsing through designs, we settled on a handmade ring set with wide center braids. We called 25karats again to see the ring and they invited us to their office in Manhattan. We already knew that we wanted this ring set but seeing it in person assured us that it was the right decision. We placed our order there and it took only 5 days to get a call! After we picked up our rings we showed them to our friends and family. Everybody loved the rings as much as we did! It took lots of time and effort, but we found our dream bands and 25karats.com was most helpful during this whole process. We highly recommend them!

Excellent customer service! From the beginning we made a mistake with our order and 25karats.com customer service corrected it when they called us to confirm our order. If they didn't check, we would get two size 4 rings. And they were incredibly helpful after that as well. We needed to change both the finish and engraving text, and every time we felt bad about making changes they were so polite and reassured us that it's not a problem at all. Couldn't be happier! I ordered two of the vintage wedding bands to wear on either side of my engagement ring (found nothing like it anywhere else on the web, and similar ones were more than twice the price), and they are beautiful and exactly as pictured on the website! They are obviously carefully hand-crafted because you can see minute differences in the two rings, so don't expect exact cookie-cutter rings. To me, the hand-made touch just adds to the appeal. I was particularly impressed with the personal customer service I received from Atilla. I like how I received a phone call after I placed the online order to confirm that I had placed it and to confirm all the details. I was concerned that I was not going to be able to be home to sign for the shipment, and he was able to redirect the shipment to be held at a nearby FedEx Office after order processing had already begun. The icing on the cake was when my order arrived before the estimated date, and that included a holiday! The shipment was meticulously packed and beautifully presented in wooden jewelry boxes. Overall, amazing service and amazing products! I will be coming back!
