My ring arrived yesterday afternoon and fortunately, I was home at the time. There was about 24 hours turn-around time which was amazing. It was packed very well. I was somewhat nervous to open - never having made such a large jewelry purchase online. The diamond is stunning and looks great in the setting. The fit is good too. It will take some getting used to it as it's very different from my original wedding band that I've been wearing 45 years! Your website was extremely helpful and I learned a lot in the whole process. I liked being able to pick out the exact diamond I wanted, even though my first choice was no longer available. About 10 years ago I was in New York City and walked through the diamond district - very unique area - so I was a little familiar with your location. I had never seen so much diamond jewelry in one place!

The ring looks and fits great!

I was expecting an eternal Claddagh ring, It was not apparent in the photos that this ring is clearly broken into different segments.

The wedding bands are spectacular, but sadly both purchased were too small. We used a standard ring sizing set to determine the sizes requested. Can you provide guidance to ensure the resizing will be correct? And the procedure to return the wedding bands for resizing.

I recently bought a heart pendant. (I was going to take a picture of it, but my camera wouldn’t work). On the heart pendant are 27 diamonds. It’s absolutely beautiful!! The diamonds sparkle and dance with the light.

I also bought an adjustable chain, so I can change the length and wear the necklace at different lengths. Pretty nice. I’m so glad I bought the pendant and chain. I plan on wearing it every day.

I recently purchased a ring for my brother from this company. My brother lives in New York and I live in Kent, England. I was initially worried about using an online company but they were amazing.

The company has a helpful online chat function and the person who dealt with me ('Semra') could not have been more helpful. She sent a free ring sizer to my brother. She also spoke to him on the telephone as she was concerned that he would need a slightly larger size in light of the design of the ring.

The resulting ring and inscription are beautiful and my brother is delighted. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

We are so pleased with our wedding set purchased from 25karats. I stumbled across the site searchIng for matching his and her wedding bands, and to my amazement they had countless of styles to select from. The rings are just as beautiful as the pictures. Customer service was outstanding!!! I gave an incorrect size for my ring. I called customer service, to let them know my ring was too small, my husband's ring was just right. I shipped the rings back to be resized and 25karats returned them back to me in a week!!! Thank you 25karats!!
