I'd been checking 25karats rings for some time and I'm really glad to see the new alternate metal rings are added to your collection. I ordered my titanium Benchmark band last week and it arrived so quickly. It sure is a lovely piece and what makes me happy is I don't even feel it on my finger! Thank you, 25karats! I got my diamond ring today. Size is perfect. It fits right and doesn't feel loose, so I guess I was right about the sizing after all. Diamonds are really sparkling and gorgeous! I'm very happy with my choice of stone sizes. They are not too small but they are not too bling bling either. Just the right carat. Also it's good to see that the ring looks just like in the picture. Purchasing something so personal from such a distance, I'm pleasantly surprised to find out nowadays anything can be bought online with peace of mind. Thank you for making it so easy for me!

We got married two weeks ago with a small but gorgeous ceremony in Miami. Our beach wedding was just for family and close friends, and we had a blast. The compliments we got for our wedding bands were incredible. Our his & hers set got almost more attention than my bridal gown! :) Quality of the rings and beauty of two tone gold were unquestionable. Our interaction with 25karats.com has been amazing from the earliest days we were still shopping, all the way through to today, when my beautiful ring was delivered. I am very particular, and knew in my mind what I was looking for, but all the other places I shopped didn't quite measure up to what I had in mind, and in the metal I wanted. 25karats has an incredible selection of rings in all the popular metals, and when I found the setting I had been looking for, in Palladium no less, I was delighted! I used "Live Chat" on 2 different occasions (same operator both times) and he answered all my questions, and helped clarify some of the diamond choices I was interested in. (I also was surprised that the GIA certificates for the individual diamonds are available to view online while you're trying to choose a stone, which assured us that we were getting a good value in our choice.) He also sent me a set of ring sizers, to ensure I was ordering the correct size. After the order was placed, 25karats contacted my fiance to confirm the order, and he was kept informed along the way as to when the stone was being set, when it was being shipped, and when it should arrive, just in time for Valentine's Day! Their service was perfect - the ring is outstanding, exactly as represented on their website. The diamond is gorgeous. I am beyond thrilled with these folks, and would definitely recommend them highly.

I ordered a solitaire engagement ring with a half carat center stone from 25Karats. It came with a GIA certificate and an appraisal. Round stone is bright and shiny, with lots of fire. Setting doesn't show much metal, just as I wanted it. I'm very happy with my purchase and 25Karats is in my trusted jewelers list now.
