I just received the eternity wedding band that I ordered last week. I am very happy with the ring and my experience with 25karats.com. The entire process was very smooth. I had special sizing and specific requests for the diamond grading. 25Karats.com was great...they worked with me on all of my requests and patiently answered my many questions and concerns. We visited 25karats.com showroom in Manhattan two weeks ago. We wanted to see the rings before ordering and they kindly showed us different wedding band styles we were interested in. After deciding on the final his and hers style and choosing palladium as metal (after so many questions to the guys who answered all of them patiently), we placed our order. It took only a week to get the rings at our CT address, and everything from design to size was perfect! We highly recommend 25karats to everybody who is looking for high-end quality jewelry for much more reasonable prices than any retailer. And if you are in NYC you should visit their office, they are such friendly, warm people.

We had been looking for an elegant but not too fanciful wedding ring set for months. Our good friend recommended us 25 karats. When we checked their selection we were blown away. It seemed like they had something for every taste. After calling them and asking couple of questions we decided to take the plunge. Our rings arrived in about a week. They are really pretty. They look even better than the pictures. Pictures don't really do justice to them. We are very pleased with handwork on the rings and how simple but elegant they look. As we find 25 karats site by friend's recommendation, we will definitely send our friends along as well.

Best online purchase experience ever! I'd like to thank all 25karats.com staff for their extensive assistance with my custom design ring order. My boyfriend (now fiancee) and I had some ideas about the ring we wanted but it was impossible to find the exact design in the market. Especially with limited selections of local stores I was almost desperate. Even online stores with so many choices didn't have the design, and even more importantly, in palladium. When we contacted 25karats.com to talk about what we want, the expert designer started describing what can be done in detail. We were amazed by how efficiently we could explain even smallest details and how we got answers about what can be done and what not. Long story short, with CAD approval and all, it took around two weeks to finish the ring (which was by the way almost the same time period any local store gave us for just resizing a stock item). And it's absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't be happier and we are both grateful for all the steps taken by 25karats.com to make this happen. We are loyal customers forever!
