We talked to Atilla first to ask some questions about the website and styles. He answered our questions professionally. After checking the return policy and life time warranty we decided to place our order with 25karats.com. A customer service agent called us right away to confirm order details and make sure everything was entered correctly. He informed us that our order will be ready in 5 days or so and we will receive a tracking number when our rings ship out. The time frame was spot on, and we received the package just two days after getting the tracking info. We are very pleased with our rings and will recommend the great service we received at 25karats.

Package arrived yesterday. Oh my word, what a lovely ring! I got the Classic Halo Engagement Ring With Sapphire And Diamond Accent Stones in 18K gold. Sapphires bring forward the brilliance of my center diamond, which came with a GIA certification. Ring size is perfect fit. There is really nothing to complain about. I can only praise these guys. My 87-year-old Father bought a new wedding ring for my Mothers' 86th birthday present. We spoke with Atilla who made the ring and he made sure that the ring was delivered on time. He did a great job making the ring. It fit perfectly and it is beautiful. My Mother loves it.

Received the rings today by Fedex, they are beautiful My fit and feel is excellent, My wife's may be a little tight I'm not real sure I'm going to wait a bit and see it may be OK, she don't want to send it back if she don't have to. but the rings are beautiful, just what we wanted.
